This workshop is designed for professional dancers curious about Winter Guests’ style and eager to deepen their connection to movement as a storytelling medium.

By delving into Winter Guests’ repertoire, participants will discover how to bridge technique with authentic expression creating deeper connections with their audiences and themselves.

Daniel Proietto, a founding member of the renowned company Winter Guests, has co-created over 30 works alongside artistic director Alan Lucien Øyen.  With over 20 years of experience performing and creating with Winter Guests, Daniel will lead participants through excerpts of the repertoire offering insights into the emotional and physical layers that define the company’s distinctive style. Rooted in a holistic approach, the workshop emphasizes cultivating awareness, presence and a deep connection between mind, body and narrative
